Deleting your Kliprush account

How to do it

1. Sign in at kliprush.com or in the app.
2. Open Settings and tap «Delete account» at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. If you sign in with email and password, we also ask for your password.

What gets deleted

• Immediately: profile, name, photo, bio, email, password, date of birth, open sessions.
• Immediately: posts, stories, comments, likes, follows, saved items, collections, history, searches, editor projects and scheduled messages.
• Within 7 days: video and story files from our servers. If any of your content is under a report that's still open, its files stay until the report is closed.

What remains

Payment, earnings and report records, which the law requires us to keep, remain without your name. If you have earnings not yet paid out and you delete your account, you give them up: if you want to collect them, withdraw them first. If a payout is in progress, wait until it completes. Messages you already sent stay visible to their recipients, under the name «Deleted account». Your username stays reserved for up to 30 days, so nobody can take it right away; then it becomes available again.

Can't sign in?

Email support@kliprush.com from your account's email address (or include your username): we'll verify the account is yours and delete it for you.
